Victoria Beckham has gone oriental with her outfit for the Bambi awards, an event which turned out quite embarassing for her. Victoria looked stunning when she made her entrance in a black and gold figure hugging number which we may have never seen.

Just hours befor the awards ceremony, management for the Beckhams insisted on photographers signing contracts which restricted coverage of the former band girl member.

Several major agencies refused to sign the contracts before organisers of the awards backed down and offered to let the agencies who hadnt signed contracts cover the awards but not to photograph Mrs Beckham. 

The Associated Press declined to sign that agreement as well. At that point, the other agencies agreed to sign the initial contract but said that in protest they would refuse to take any photographs of Beckham.

AP was able to shoot pictures from the red carpet but not from the ceremony inside.

The initial agreement, from Beckham Brands Limited, would have allowed the agencies to use their photographs of Beckham for only three months; required that Beckham get copies and be allowed to use them for promotional purposes; and prohibited photographers from revealing any “confidential information” they discovered about Beckham during the ceremony.

It now seems that not only has Heather Mills McCartney been bombarded with hate mail but she has admitted that things have gotten a little more sinister.

During a media interview on a recent trip to the European Parliament Lady McCartney has claimed that she has received several death threats and if that isnt bad enough she insists that she is tht strapped for cash that she cannot afford security.

Mills, who is locked in a bitter divorce battle with Sir Paul, made the comments while in Brussels to deliver a 250,000-signature petition against the fur trade.

Heather Mills’ modus operandi pertaining to her divorce, was revealed when a ring folder, on which she had scribbled a series of notes relating to her legal fight, was caught on camera.

The notes, clearly in view to photographers as Ms Mills walked towards Victoria Station, are headed: “I’m seeking an order for occupation of the matrimonial home.”

It is then followed by three, numbered bullet points. The first says: “Continued access till divorce,” while the second is illegible.

The third refers to a “contempt of court” and beneath it is written “ex parte application”. The final piece of the page on view contains the name “The Honourable Mrs Justice Baron”.

This implies the judge set to hear the case is Mrs Justice Baron QC, a brilliant divorce barrister appointed to the High Court in 2004.

Before becoming a judge, Florence Baron acted in a number of high-profile divorce cases, representing among others Victoria Spencer in her divorce from Princess Diana’s brother Earl Spencer.

It is not the first time Ms Mills has revealed details of the case. It was discovered she was being represented by Mishcon de Reya, the firm that represented Princess Diana in her divorce case, when a folder with the firm’s name emblazoned upon it was photographed on her knee.

1:”I am seeking an order for occupation of the matrimonial home” An occupation order under part IV of the Family law Act 1996 is rare and usually obtained where domestic violence is an issue in divorce cases.

2:Continued access till divorce Likely to refer to her right to visit McCartney’s current properties until divorce. It is not thought to refer to their daughter Beatrice.

3: Largely illegible

4:”Contempt of court. Ex parte application” Contempt of court may refer to the leaking of highly explosive court papers, in which she alleged he had being abusive towards her.

5:The Honourable Mrs Justice Baron This refers to Dame Florence Baron QC, appointed a High Court judge in 2004.”An absolutely brilliant barrister and reckoned an absolutely first rate judge,” said a lawyer. Has she been appointed to the case?

Nelly Furtado has revealed she and Kylie Minogue are soon to duet with each other.

The 28-year-old songtress, who is, like, a bird, is looking forward to working with Kylie because they’re both hardass when it comes to getting down to the nitty gritty in the studio apparently.

Nelly, who celebrates her 29th birthday on Tuesday, said: “We’ve been talking about it for a while. I can relate to her because she has this crazy work ethic like me, and I love the fact she went back and followed up her tour.”

Minogue has only recently resumed her Showgirl tour in Australia after it was interrupted by her being diagnosed with breast cancer last year.

British acress Sienna Miller has teamed up with her sister Savannah to launch their own fashion label.

The Miller sisters will be designing an 80 piece collection called Twenty8Twelve, based on Sienna’s birthday of December 28th.
According to reports, the notoriously private Savannah said of their new project: “People wanted us to put the line in our names, but we wanted it to be more abstract.”

Sienna added “setting up a label with your sister is a lot of fun - there haven’t been any fights yet…Because of my job, people are willing to invest in the business, but my sister’s an incredible designer, and it’s a great opportunity for me to work with her.”

Willa Ford announced today that she and NHL star Mike Modano are engaged. The Dancing with the Stars Beauty and Modano met at an event for the NHL charitable foundation, and have been dating on and off for more than four years. The two plan to marry after Madano’s hockey season. 

Ford says of the proposal: 

‘’We were out to dinner the other night, and I think he had it with him the entire night,’’ Ford told Us Thursday night at the Arby’s Action Sports Awards in Los Angeles. ‘’He was really nervous. Then right before we went to sleep he asked me and I said, ‘Yes!”’

Looks like Britney may not be single for long. Ms Spears has been spotted out on what is believed to have been a date with Brandon Davies.

Mr Davies, you will know as somewhat of a charmer with the Hollywood lovlies, having previously wooed Mischa Barton, Lindsay Lohan and Brits own pal Paris Hilton.

Paris and Britney have almost been glued to together sinece Britneys split but on this occassion it was definately no threesome, Paris was nowhere to be seen and we`re guessing this was definately a first date.

Lindsay is at it again, this time at the GQ dinner. Jessica Biel who was also attending the star studded dinner was the cause of Linds problem this time, all because Biel now employs Lindsays former assistant.

According to a witness, Lohan did not handle bumping into her ex-employee very well.

The witness says that Loan started screaming: “If she stays, I’m outta here! I can’t look at that girl! I can’t believe you would allow an assistant in here - she doesn’t belong in here!”

It seems thatnone of the party goers were impressed with Lohan’s outburst, actor Will Ferrell was overheard saying to his star studded table: “Who cares about that freak anymore, anyway?”
