Charlotte Church confirmed yesterday that she indeed pregnant with her rugby playing boyfriend, Gavin Henson.
A statement said: “For reasons of privacy, Charlotte has chosen not to comment on this matter, other than to confirm that she and Gavin are delighted.”
Charlotte’s parents released a statement also saying, “We are delighted and looking forward, even at our age, to being a nan and grandad. It is the most wonderful news.”
The Welsh star who now hosts her own chatshow on Channel 4 had told The Sun two weeks ago that she wanted to have a family with Gavin, “We’re so happy — I’d like to have his kids. I love him — he’s the one.”
Friends had notice that Charlotte who is known to be found of a drink hadn’t touched a drop of alcohol at her own 21st b-day bash, had quit smoking and put on a bit of weight.

Anna Nicole Smith’s funeral possession finally got underway today. Anna Nicole’s body has left the Broward County Medical Examiner’s office under police escort to flown from Miami to the Bahamas. 300 guest have been invited for the funeral, where Anna will be laid to rest beside her son Daniel. However only about 30 people will attend the more private burial at Lakeview Memorial Gardens & Mausoleums. Patrick Simpson who is helping to organise the memorial told AP that the church will be filled with pink flowers, Anna’s favourite colour and that a well known but undisclosed as of yet singer will perform. “It will be a very beautiful Anna Nicole send-off. Of course it will be over the top because it’s Anna Nicole”
TMZ report that owners of the houses close to the church where the funeral is taking place are charging news crew and paparazzi thousands of dollars to get inside their gated communities.
Each crew that wants to get inside the community of Sandy Port is required to pay $2000 per camera and $5000 to set up a live feed … and they want their money tonight! Interested parties must submit a form with an authorized credit card number before midnight, or they won’t be allowed through the gate on Friday. We’re told one photo agency has already forked over $15,000 for special access inside the grounds.
Anna Nicole’s smith death has been a circus as it is but more disturbing news is still rolling in. Billy Smith, Daniel’s biological father has requested that Daniel’s body be exhumed and be transferred to Texas.
Kate Moss and Pete Doherty made an appearance at the NME Awards in Hammersmith Palais in London last night. However their partying was cut shot by a security guard. NME.com report that Rock’s odd couple were,
“trying to get into the premises’ toilets but they were removed by the bouncers and told to go back to their table. Later they were both caught in a dark alleyway at the back of the building. So we got their own security guards to put them in a car and take them home.” He added there had also been an earlier incident when Doherty was stopped from taking a spoon from his table. According to the source, the couple were removed from the premises at 8.30pm, before Moss could present Primal Scream with their Godlike Genius award as scheduled.

Anna Nicole Smith was finally buried yesterday in a funeral ceremony that brought trashy to a whole new level. Anna’s coffin was covered in a pink velvet blanker, with feather trim and pink silk flowers, covering the casket was decorated with Swarovski crystals. The gems spelled out “Anna Nicole” and also formed a smiley face (which apparently symbolized how Anna really died of a broken heart). That news comes from ET who reportedly signed a multi million dollar to be the only TV outlet allowed in the charge. The only photogs allowed in were Splash News Agency (the same agency who Anna Nicole’s mother Virgie brought to the morgue with her to view Anna’s corpse)
The white hearse that carried the coffin was even forced to wait in the parking lot for 45 minutes while her estranged mother Virgie made a last ditch effort to stop her daughter from being buried in the Bahamas. The Rev Lloyd Smith used his eulogy to castigate Virgie in her attempts to stop the funeral. He also gave vent to his disgust on the legal ramblings that had delayed Anna Nicole being buried. Virgie was the last person to show up. However she was the first to take the pulpit, “you were a beautiful baby. We love you. Goodbye, my baby daughter”. Larry Birkhead was next up, he finished his eulogy with the phrase, “Goodnight, Sweet Anna Baby”. The phrase she had liked to hear before going to sleep. Howard Stern cried his way through his eulogy and kissed her coffin. His eulogy bore a resemblance to the inside of a Hallmark card: “The truth, there’s only one truth, it’s not what people say in court, even if those people are blood relatives,” Stern said. “The truth is what you live . . . what you touch, what you feel, what you see with your own eyes.” Even the dead managed to make a showing for the burial of the former Playmate of the year. Anna Nicole’s bodyguard, ‘Big Moe’ carried an urn containing half of her dead billionaire husband J Howard Marshall. Anna was buried in Lakeview Memorial cemetery. The procession was watched by about 1,500 locals and tourist who booed Virgie but cheered Stern and especially Birkhead. White doves were released at the ceremony and in a scene reminiscent of a badly written film one of the doves refused to leave the top of Anna Nicole’s coffin even as it was lowered to the ground.

Nicole Ritchie has succumbed to ‘celebrity dehydration’. Hard at work on the new series of The Simple Life, E! report that she “felt ill, was examined by an on-et doctor and then taken to a nearby hospital. She received intravenous fluids for 15 minutes and was released”
Nicole’s rep released this statement: Nicole is home resting and will return to work this evening,” her rep said in a statement. “We are proud of the weight that Nicole is gaining and her focus on her health.”

Cameron and Drew cemented their friendship recently by hanging out in Hawaii for Drew’s birthday. For Drew’s present, Cam gave the fellow Charlie’s Angels an engraved gold Rolex oyster inscribed ‘I Love you’. The gift was initially meant for Cameron’s ex Justin but they split up before his b-day, Jan 31. A source at Grazia Magazine now claims that the BFF’s have made a diet pact to get back to their ‘date weight’s. Judging by this pic looks like Cameron is keeping up her part of the pact.
