American Idol and E! host Ryan Seacrest was not too pleased at how his interview with Brangelina went at the Golden Globes. Talking on his no.1 radio show on KISFM in LA he complained

“I asked her four questions and she didn’t even answer me, I literally stood there and tried to ask a couple of questions. At one point I just kind of let the E! microphone sit in front of her for a second to see if she was going to acknowledge it, and she clearly wanted nothing to do with me or my question or my answer or any of it.”
On the other hand he said that Angelina’s other half who was standing next to her during the interviews and did most of the talking, “was fantastic”
His cohost stood up for Angelina arguing that maybe she find these shows a waste of time and money but Ryan shot back,

“Don’t go. Don’t go support your man. Don’t go.”

Angelina Jolie is earning the big bucks to promote up-market designers St.John. However Women’s Wear Daily is reporting that Santa Angelina isn’t so happy at being obliged to wear their clothing to all major red-carpet events, especially to tonight’s Golden Globes:

“[Angie is] less than ecstatic with the clothes as of late…the St. John team has been working overtime to make her happy”.

A fashion insider revealed to the Post, “She is definitely very particular…I am not at all surprised she is making them tweak thinks”.

Angelina is reported to be more of a fan of brands like Theory, Alice + Olivia and surprisingly Kitson which is a favourite with Paris Hilton and co.

In the latest issue of Vogue, Angelina Jolie has spoken for the 1^st time about how the relationship between her and Brad Pitt developed. The two met on the set of Mr & Mrs Smith in 2003. However Jolie dismisses claims that their relationship began at that time. Angelina states that at the time,

“It was clear he [Brad] was with his best friend, someone he loves and respects…I think we were the last two people who were looking for a relationship. I certainly wasn’t. I was quite content to be a single mom”.

She goes on to say how their friendship blossomed during filming,

“I think a few months in I realized, ‘God, I can’t wait to get to work.’…Anything we had to do with each other, we just found a lot of joy in it together and a lot of real teamwork. We just became kind of a pair.”

She goes on to say how their friendship blossomed during filming,She claims that the beautiful twosome remained just, “very, very good friends” until after Brad and ex-wife Jennifer Aniston announced their separation in January 2005,

“And then life developed in a way where we could be together, where it felt like something we would do, we should do”.

In fact Angelina credits her eldest son Maddox with helping them reach their final decision to be together, saying that one day Maddox,

“just out of the blue called him Dad…Do that was probably the most defining moment, when he decided that we would all be a family”

Angelina also referred to Jennifer during the interview saying that she would be willing to meet with her,

“but that would be her decision, and I would welcome it”.

I’m not sure how much the Friends star would welcome it though, Jen definitely ended up with the short end of the stick.  Her yummy ex husband is now shacked up with St. Angie and their gorgeous set of kids, while she’s single after Vince reportedly cheated on her.

Trouble was reported at a south Mumbai Islamic school as Hollywood star Angelina Jolie’s bodyguards irked parents of students while shooting for the film A Mighty Heart.

Jolie’s bodyguards apparently obstructed day-to-day activities at the educational institution Anjuman-e-Islam.

Meanwhile, certain sections of the media are incensed for not having been invited them to her maiden press conference at a city hotel on Wednesday evening.

In spite of a huge media contingent which landed at a five-star hotel in South Mumbai after learning of the press conference, only selected mediapersons were allowed to enter the venue.

Hotel officials said the producers of the film, for which the actress is in India, wanted only a section of the media to be present at the press conference here.

When majority of the media contingent was not allowed to enter the venue, they protested with the hotel authorities but to no avail.

In the film, Jolie plays the role of Mariane Pearl, the wife of slain journalist Daniel Pearl, on whose life the movie is based.

The actress has been in Mumbai for the past week, shooting at various locations in the city, including a crowded suburban train, one of the city’s busiest markets at Mohammed Ali Road, the McDonald’s outlet at Colaba in south Mumbai and later at the Famous Studios at Tardeo in Central Mumbai for a recording.

The actress, who flew into the city last week after over a month of shooting in Pune, is expected to stay in Mumbai, where Daniel lived for some years, for another week.

Actress Angelina Jolie, who is currently in India, filming a new film, ‘A Mighty Heart’, which is based on the life of American journalist Daniel Pearl who was killed in Pakistan in 2002, has visited a refugee camp in New Delhi. The visit is part of her role as ambassador for the United Nations Refugee Agency.

The actress met with refugees from Afghanistan and Burma and after said that she was “grateful to the refugee families who spent time with me and shared their stories."
