Paris Hilton has been ordered back to go back to school, well driving school. The heiress was ordered to attend a 12 hour class, pay a $1,450 fine as well as being placed on 3 years’ probation after pleading no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving in a LA court.
The judge also gave Paris the option of reducing her probation by a year if she did 40 hours community service which she has yet to agree on.
Elliot Mintz, her rep says,
“I spoke with her a while ago and she said she’s happy the situation has been resolved,”
VIPglamour is sure Paris is relieved as her sustenance is a reduction of the far more serious driving under the influence charge.
Paris was pulled over by cops on September 7 for driving “erratically” through Hollwood. A reportedly drunk Kimberly Stewart’s was riding shotgun at the time. Her excuse at the time for being over the limi was tat she had had drank a margerita on an empty stomach at a party and left the event intending to go to In-N-Out Burger.

Paris Hilton’s infamous drooping left eye may be not more. The NY Post reports that Hilton stopped by a Beverly Hill’s plastic surgeon’s office with her sister Nicky earlier this week to inquire about getting her fixed.
Their insider claims that it was hush hush surgery six years ago that damaged the muscles of her left eye.
Apparently Paris’s trend lately for wearing blue tinted contracted lenses over her naturally brown irises has been drying out her eyes lately which is aggravating the condition.
Paris’s rep Elliot Mintz denied the story, well sort of:
“To the best of my knowledge, Paris has never had any kind of cosmetic surgery and has not mentioned any medical procedures having to do with her eyes.”

As VIPglamour reported earlier this week, Paris walked out of a Sydney Café without paying her $10 bill, even after being paid $1 million for hosting a New Years party. Well it could be that one of Paris’s resolution is to take better care of her finances in 2007 or more likely is the fact that the heiress has been fired from another lucrative job. Paris returned back to LA and learned that Fred Khalilian had fired her as the face of Club Paris (a chain of clubs in America and Paris). Paris hadn’t showed up for several scheduled appearances. However from the start Paris hasn’t been too reliable she was 6 hours late to the official grand opening.
Khalilian said of Paris,
“She’s created a circus for herself…It’s all about: How has she screwed up now?”
He won’t be changing the name of the club however instead ‘Paris’ will represent the city and now the Simple Life star.
Paris’ rep, Elliot Mintz told the Associated Press that Khalilian hasn’t been in contact with his client:
“I’m certainly disappointed to learn of Fred’s unfortunate comments…We shall address his statement at the appropriate time”.
As reported Paris rang in New Years in Sydney for a cool 1 million dollars. But maybe her pay check hasn’t cleared yet as the Sydney Morning Herald reports that on Sunday the heiress skipped out on a $9.80 bill. She reportedly ordered a hamburger, mineral water and a frappe at Sloanes Café in Paddington and walked off without paying.
“She’s got bucketloads of money and she didn’t pay for her drinks,” said a waitress, Jo Pfahl.
“Ms Hilton’s appearance at the cafe was unexpected and there was no deal to provide free drinks, said Pepita Macalister-Knight, whose parents own the cafe. “[At first] we had no idea it was her.”

Paris is currently hanging out on Bondi Beach with one of BFF’s Kim Kardashian and the two are generating plenty of paparazzi interest strutting about in bikini’s.
Yesterday Fox announced that Britney Spears and Paris Hilton would be hosting the Billboard Music Awards together. The BFF’s were going to allow the world in on their friendship. Unfortunately this is now not going to happen. Yesterday, managers and lawyers for both Paris and Britney were meeting with Fox to discuss the details of their contract. At 5pm Britney quickly pulled out leaving Paris by herself.
A source at FOX said,
“We really don’t know the reason. But we’re disappointed she backed out.”
The source says the show may go on with Hilton as solo host, or it may feature comedian (and Fox sitcom star) Brad Garrett, given he’s at the top of the show producer’s wish list. It’s too bad, I know the world was dying to see how these two co-ho together.

The two ladies had a screaming row outside the Hilton hotel heiress’ Hollywood mansion recently, when Lindsay left a party Paris was throwing telling video crew from The Sun that “Paris Hilton is crazy”, and that she (Lohan) had been elbowed and had a drink thrown all over her.
The Mean Girls star was not one to be left behind, and called Hilton a ‘cokehead’, while leaving the house.
Hilton retaliated by calling Lohan “firecrotch” - her taunt on the amount of men the young actress has dated recently, reports The Sun.
And though Paris’ current BFF Britney Spears sent her people out immediately afterwards to insist that Lohan had cooked up the entire fight, and that the ‘friends’ would all pose for a happy picture together, there were very few takers for that story as the whole episode had already been caught on tape.
