Anna Nicole Smith’s Death Cert Leaked And Judge Seidlin’s Ruling Upheld

This is a leaked copy of Anna Nicole’s death cert. Howard K Stern is named the “Informant” and describes his relationship to Anna as “Nominated Executroe”. An official from the Broward County Office of Vital Statistics told TMZ that that was the title he requested, as opposed to husband, boyfriend of laywer which he could also have chosen.

In other Anna Nicole news, today the Florida Appeals Court upheld Judge Seidlin’s ruling, dismissing Anna Nicole’s mother Virgie Arthur’s appeal. This means that Anna Nicole’s corpse remains in the custody of Dannielynn’s court appointed advocate Richard Milstein and under his wishes she will now be buried in the Bahamas alongside son Daniel.
